Create a model building in which the overload of information in cities is channeled positively to promote community rather than isolation by:

Redesigning the idea of a neighborhood and an atrium to create a hierarchy of community spaces which pacify the threshold between public and private in the Oasis

And using sustainable systems and historic geometries to promote the Oasis as a stepping stone for a San Francisco that respects its past while pioneering toward its future.
